Candy AI charges show up as EverAI, a plain merchant name that never mentions Candy AI. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, several cryptocurrencies or, where offered, Pay by Bank. Unsubscribe in Settings whenever you like and you keep your access until the paid term ends; refunds are only possible within 24 hours of payment.

What shows on your Candy AI bank statement

The Candy Shorts checkout and the Candy AI FAQ both say the same thing: transactions carry an unbranded merchant name that never spells out Candy AI. On statements that name is EverAI, after EverAI Limited, the Malta-registered company that operates the platform. You will not see the words porn, shorts or candy on the line itself.

Exact formatting varies by bank and card network. Some banks add a city or a reference number, and some show the payment processor first. If you see an unfamiliar charge, the amount is the easiest way to match it: $13.99, $26.97 or $47.88 plus any local taxes, depending on the plan you chose.

Is Candy AI billing discreet?

Discreet enough for most people, with three caveats worth knowing:

The statement line is neutral, but your banking app may still show the merchant’s website or category if it looks it up.
Receipts go to your email, so use an address you are comfortable receiving them at. The checkout asks you to confirm your account after purchase, so it has to be one you can open.
Shared cards are shared. If someone else sees your card activity, a recurring EverAI charge is still a recurring charge.

Renewals and how to cancel

Every plan renews automatically at the end of its period. To stop it, open your Candy AI settings and choose Unsubscribe. You can keep watching to the close of the billing period you already covered, so cancelling the day after you subscribe does not cut you off early. Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Keep the confirmation email in case you need it.

Refund rules

Candy AI’s terms of service set out a narrow refund window:

Requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
They are refused if more than 20 tokens have been used.
Refunds cover card payments alone.
Technical problems on the user’s side do not qualify.

Account privacy

Candy AI lives in your browser: no app icon sits on your home screen unless you add one yourself; our iPhone and Android guide shows how, and how to remove it. Private or incognito browsing keeps viewing out of your history. Use a strong, unique password, and sign out on shared devices. Watching on this index tells us nothing about you: our Watch buttons simply send you to the official site, as the privacy policy explains.

Is Candy AI legit?

It is a real company: public terms of service, a registered address in Malta, a refund policy, a policy against underage users and a DMCA policy. Problems people report usually come from copycat sites using the name, or from forgetting that plans renew. Pay only on candy.ai, and set a calendar reminder a few days before renewal if a single period is all you want.

Safety checklist before you pay

Before typing card details, make sure the address bar reads candy.ai.
Pick the plan length you actually want; remember that it renews.
Decide whether to keep the subscription before the 24-hour refund window closes.
Ignore anyone offering discounted accounts, shared logins or free full episodes.

What happens if you forget to cancel

The plan renews at the end of its period at the same price, and the charge appears under the same EverAI name. Because refunds are only possible within 24 hours of a payment, the window after an unwanted renewal is short: if you notice the charge the same day and have not used more than 20 tokens, ask support straight away. Otherwise, cancel renewal so the next period is not charged, and keep watching until the paid time runs out.

Shared accounts and resold logins

Some sites sell cheap Candy AI accounts or shared logins. They break the platform’s terms, they can be shut down without notice, and they put your own email and card at risk if you are asked to pay through them. The official prices are already low on the yearly plan, and the free episodes cost nothing. There is no safe shortcut.
